Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Video Games

When it comes to video games everyone has their favorites.  With the turtle power in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle video games though, they appealed to every demographic.  It was released in 1989 by Konami/Ultra.  You could play this game on a home computer if you had one back then and now you can play the same game on the WII.

There was another version of the game that was also released in the same year.  It was also called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles but this version was actually an arcade game.  This version could later be played on the NES game system where it was called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Arcade Game.  NES later had a second installment that was known as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: The Manhattan Project.

In 1991 there was another arcade game released and then ported to Super Nintendo the next year.  This was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time.

Sega Genesis was not to be left out and they had one called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist.

If you had a Gameboy you could play Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fall of the Foot Clan.  When you finished with that you might play Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Back From the Sewers or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: Radical Rescue.

In the mid-90s there were two different versions of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters released.  One was for the Genesis system and the other for Super Nintendo.

For the 25th anniversary of the heroes on the half shell DS released Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Arcade Attack.

Just this year Activision will be releasing a game called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.  You will be able to get this on Xbox Live Arcade, Steam and PlayStation Network.
